Virasoft Showcases the Future of Digital Pathology at the 34th National Pathology Congress

Virasoft reunited with leading members of the pathology community and esteemed academics at the 34th National Pathology Congress, where the company presented its innovative digital pathology solutions. This year’s congress, held under the theme “From Microscope to New Horizons,” highlighted advancements and emerging approaches shaping the future of pathology.

Throughout the congress, the Virasoft booth attracted strong attention from professionals across the field, while the company’s satellite symposium drew significant interest. The symposium titled “Introduction to Digital Pathology in 10 Questions,” was moderated by Prof. Ümit Çobanoğlu and featured valuable contributions from Prof. Nil Çomunoğlu and Prof. Şafak Ersöz.

The session addressed the fundamental concepts of digital pathology, workflow transformation, AI-based decision algorithms, and the clinical benefits supported by digital approaches. Participants also exchanged views on the current landscape of digital pathology in Türkiye and opportunities for the future.

During the event, President of the Federation of Pathology Societies, Prof. Demir Kürşat Yıldız, and President of the Anatolian Pathology Society and the 34th National Pathology Congress, Prof. Ümit Çobanoğlu, presented a certificate of appreciation to the CEO of Virasoft, Gökhan Hatipoğlu, in recognition of the company’s sponsorship and valuable contributions to the congress.
